EditConfirmation
A confirmation represents the printed or electronic document version of a
Contract at the time that the
Contract was approved.
If a
Contract is canceled, or individual spots are canceled due to being "missed" and not made good (see
MakeGood) and the
Contract is re-printed; the confirmation will re-print as the originally approved
Contract.
A
Contract represents what was originally entered; the individual spots dictate whether or not they will be included on
Logs,
Invoices and, ultimately,
Billing.
What is included and the overall layout of the printed (or exported electronic document) can be customized using the
Options portion in
Group.
