Introduction

Enhanced AR adds the following abilities:

• Adds Batch Print Invoices menu in AR.
• Adds "Quick Pay" tool to AR.
• Adds EFT to Currency Type (Payment).
• Adds "Bad Debt Write-Off" and "Agency Commission" adjustment types.

Usage

Batch Print Invoices

Gives you the Tools dropdown in Main Menu with the Ability to Batch print Invoices:



Clicking on the icon pulls up the Print Invoices pane:



Check/Uncheck the batch you wanted printed.



Quick Pay" tool

When you want to pay a particular invoice you can open the Context Menu and you can use the Quick Pay ability:



This opens up a Payment window with just that invoice.



EFT to Currency Type

In the Add Payment window under Type will be a new addition, EFT, Electronic Funds Transfer:





Bad Debt Write-Off/Agency Commission"

In the Add Adjustment window under Type will be these two new additions:

When Combined With...

When you Enhance A/R and you add other Add-ons you can...

Enhanced Contracts

Include Prepay, Warning, On Hold, Collection and Trashed as additional Customer status values:

 

Enhanced Reports

New Main Menu "Reports" with the link to the Payment report for quicker usage.



Export to EDI

This automatically enables (checks) the EDI One File and the One File" check box becomes visible.



Tax

Adds the "Tax Adjustment" to the Adjustment window type dropdown:



Finance Charges

Adds the "Finance Charge Adjustment" to the Adjustment window type dropdown:



Don't forget to go into Options and checkmark on the Add-on:
