This window is accessed through Settings.



Update of Archiving and Trashing abilities in the Categories window inside of Settings.



We now have two levels of removal (Archived and Trashed) from the Categories window for better file management. Each of these can be returned to an active state with the Un-Archive and Un-Trash ability that you will only see in a context menu of a Categorie that can be...

Merge and Multi-Select:



Merge, will move all allocated areas assigned from the original sales commission to the merged one, you assign it to, and then deletes the original sales commission selected.

Multi-Select, allows you to Shift/Left click or ctrl/left click to gather a few commissions and right click to open the Context menu and apply to all highlighted.

Categories are used by varying automation to classify spots within their automation. The categories you will need to use are in the documentation for your chosen automation system.

• File
  • New: Opens the Agency pane with that agency setup.
  • Open: Opens the New Agency pane.
  • Print: Prints the existing visible list.
  • Print Preview: Print previews the existing visible list.
  • Close: This closes the window.
• View
  • Archived - This is a "toggle". By default, the toggle is off; clicking it will activate the option, placing a check next to the menu item. When activated, all Copy that has been archived will be displayed. Clicking it again will toggle it back off. See Archiver.
  • Trashed - This is a "toggle". By default, the toggle is off; clicking it will activate the option, placing a check next to the menu item. When activated, all trashed copy that has been "Trashed" will be displayed. Clicking it again will toggle it back off.
  • Reset - Reset the layout to base settings.
  • Refresh - Refreshes the page. (F5)

• Name: Name of Category.

• Open: Opens the Agency pane with that agency setup.

• Archived - Places the high-lighted Commission in Archived status.
• Trashed - Places the high-lighted Commission in Trashed status.

New Category

To add a new category, click the NEW button in the lower left corner of the main Categories window and add the information in the space provided.
